Throughout the whole building process, from looking at lots, reviewing plans and sharing ideas with Laverne Rogers about our future home was an informative and enjoyable time. During the building of our new home we interacted with Laverne and Ian and the Rogers team and their sub-trades. Everyone was professional and friendly.
We have never seen better quality of workmanship. Laverne was in constant communication throughout the build checking on our satisfaction and happiness. After a year of living in our home, there was a minor touch up of drywall and paint required. Laverne quickly responded and had the task completed to our satisfaction.
We Strongly recommend Laverne and Ian Rogers and their team to build you a new home. You will not be disappointed !!!!

We acquired our dream property just north of Leith in June 2010. Unfortunately, the existing home on the property was in disrepair and needed to be demolished. Our plan was to sell our existing home and to build our “forever after” home so we didn’t want to take any chances. We needed to find a very reputable builder since this was our one and only opportunity to do it right. We met with a couple of builders and of course asked around. It turned out that we had lots of time since our home didn’t sell for almost 2 years.
Thank heavens it didn’t or we may not have met up with Laverne Rogers of Rogers Enterprises. After meeting a couple of times with Laverne, we knew that we wanted him to do the job. It felt right!! Laverne helped us work with our ideas and our budget. The build began May 2013. We were very blessed to be able to live right next door with my brother and his family the entire time.
My husband was able to meet and discuss things each day with either Laverne or his son Ian. The building process went very smooth. We always had ample time to make decisions on lighting, flooring, etc. Neighbours and friends often commented on how neat and tidy the job site was kept. The trades people that Laverne had working with him were top notch. On November 15, 2013, we officially moved in and as Laverne had promised we were able to put up our Christmas tree in our beautiful new home. Although things still feel very new, we find we are settling in quite nicely.
